Our societies harbour hierarchies of power that engender discrimination, differences in social status, racial and religious tensions, and favour the threat of force instead of the pursuit of love, respect for all life, and the innate desire to create sustainable peace through cooperation, collaboration and sharing.

ENERGY SYSTEM OF HEART

A person who is genuinely Heart-centred is able to perceive more clearly and act with wisdom and a balanced perspective, not from the Mind, but through their Energetic Heart. Such acts, when performed consistently in every moment, ultimately lead to an expanded state of consciousness and new energy paradigm: the Energy System of Heart. Such a person is able to manifest cohesive Soul-Heart-Mind-Body realities while others who are stuck in the Energy System of Mind continue to experience polarized realities that result in turmoil and continued separateness until, one day, the penny drops and self-realization commences.

Metaphysics is a branch of philosophy that examines the true nature of reality, whether visible or invisible. Metaphysics includes the relationship between mind and matter, substance and attribute, and fact and value. It is the philosophical study of being and knowing.
